  1. The wind filled in late on the penultimate day of the 2018 Ulsan PWA World Cup, but only lasted for a very short period. That meant that the foil fleets were called to the water, but despite the first heat starting it was cancelled with conditions being deemed not suitable.
  2. 120 participants from 16 countries are registered for the 9th Ten Rater class World Championship (24th-26th May) and the 18th Marblehead class World Championship (27th May - 1st June) in Biblis Riedsee.
  3. First day of racing is done in difficult conditions. Light winds caused some delay, but at the end all scheduled races were sailed.
  4. As sailing evolves and develops, the risks in the sport are increasing and World Sailing are taking positive steps to protect the sailors and reduce the risks.
  5. A spectacular race day 3 at the 2018 470 European Championships in Bourgas, Bulgaria featured a whole new game plan as teams responded to the breezy conditions.
